All regular faculty and staff are required to participate in either the Teachers Retirement System (TRS) or the Optional Retirement Plan (ORP). In addition, we provide supplemental retirement plans to allow for additional savings opportunities.

Faculty and staff have the opportunity to review their benefits each fall during the annual Open Enrollment period. During this time, you can change your benefits for the following calendar year. Changes during the year are only allowed if you have a change in family status such as marriage, divorce or birth of a child.
